From the September programme to the current graph
2026-10-01. PROGRAMME, STRATEGY, action target, and cut target are explicitly historical. AGENTS and STATE govern current work. This comparison changes no priorities.
The 16 September programme organized positive-action foundations around quantum exclusion/reconstruction, five action-selection obligations, finite apparatus and robust gap examples. The 17–23 September direction concentrated on the Newton paper and completed broad record/disturbance results. From 26 September the two proof goals were again active in a shared refinement frame, with the pion as orientation. By the current STATE, exact series/parallel insertion, retained-barrier clusters, generated action and complete-record physical mechanisms determine the live dependencies. This is a change of mathematical architecture, not just terminology.
| Old track / obligation | Current classification | Later evidence and book placement |
|---|---|---|
| Quantum necessity as positive universal action | Still central, transformed into a precise premise-selection problem | fifth-postulate, necessity-unit-and-indeterminacy, newton-indeterminacy-routes and recording closure expose joint determinacy, calibration and the zero branch; main Newton chapters |
| Q01 Hardy/CDP and operational quantum reconstruction | Supporting; most follow-up branches parked | quantum-exclusion-premises and reversible-interaction-premise identify the extra composite/purification/interaction assumptions. They constrain a foundation but select no dimensionful nonzero action; history/supporting appendix |
| C125 local classical orientation model | Substantially answered within its declared operational class | classical-orientation-closure supplies the local countermodel; composite closure remains a different premise. Box on why local kinematics is insufficient |
| C127 moment descent, C128 finite observable repair | Answered as scoped obstructions | hamiltonian-moment-descent and hamiltonian-finite-closure show interacting dynamics does not descend to retained moments and lacks the requested finite closure; state-at-cut support |
| C129 reversible generator constraints | Supporting necessary condition, not full reconstruction | reversible-generator-constraints; technical appendix |
| Definition and units gate | Still central; substantially clarified | dimensional-selection, insertion-action, notation map and radiation-unit theorem distinguish action-valued observables, phase constants and physical gap units |
| Exclusion of zero gate | Still central and open | dilation, smooth small circles, fifth-postulate, Rivero tests, stochastic/rotation composition and nonlinear recording leave explicit zero escapes |
| Convergence gate | Transformed into local insertion, every-partition compatibility and RG iteration | refinement-composition-and-limit constructs constant-force and harmonic limits under specified laws; four-dimensional-composition isolates open depth-uniform nonlinear matching |
| Universality gate | Substantially answered conditionally; positivity separate | composition-universality and rotation-composition-universality force a common coefficient in admitted compositions; common zero remains |
| Quantum-role gate | Still central; supporting exact quantum benchmarks available | checkerboard-dynamics shows the same supplied scale can accompany different composition laws; polygon phases and general disturbance identify the supplied quantum inputs |
| Q04 topology / Q06 reciprocity / Q08 mechanical interference | Answered as scoped tests; supporting | topology gives a sector/ratio, reciprocity relative normalization, mechanical fringes persist under attenuation. Preserve as focused boxes, not independent live fronts |
| Q10/Q12/Q13 detector and Bell tests | Supporting; parked unless a mechanism needs them | thermal-receiver-reliability, local-detector-coincidences, shared-readiness-chsh and shared-resource-events separate dimensionless exclusion from action selection |
| Apparatus C068–C123 and R33 next coefficient | Supporting / parked | conservative-harmonic-receiver compilation and calibrated/recovery notes retain exact designs. Full record and nonlinear physical feedback replace more routine calibration variants as the live question |
| Action-field response / energy depot / quiet-preparation routes | Partly answered, largely parked | action-scale-obstructions, energy-depot-action-selection, ordered-beam-preparation and collision manuscripts locate supplied resources and preparation sensitivity; research-history appendix |
| G01/G02 susceptibility and response gaps | Durable supporting theorem | susceptibility-gap requires a complete observable frame; one plateau or spectral moment does not lower-bound every hidden mode. Spectral chapter |
| G03 Ising, C126 Hermitian transfer, G05 finite-depth spin | Solved models, supporting rather than central | interacting-ising-gap, ising-hermitian-transfer, finite-depth-spin-gap keep physical clock/action identification explicit; boxes, not main Yang–Mills proof steps |
| G07/G08 action floor and matrix gap | Durable conditional bridge, not a 4D implication | low-dimensional-mass-gap and action-floor-yang-mills-gap isolate transverse valley lifting and its supplied floor; spectral chapter |
| Robust finite gap mechanisms as the Yang–Mills route | Transformed into weak-side generated-action construction | mass-gap-position, reasons-to-stop, series-parallel and small-field notebook. Strong-coupling target survives as an exit criterion; no longer a strategy of merely varying finite gap models |
| Correlation monotonicity / finite crossover certification | Insufficient for the selected weak-side bridge | reasons-to-stop corrects what-would-unblock and intermediate-region-finite-verification; decisive obstruction box |
| Cut consistency as a supporting test | Now structurally central | exact insertion, cut measure, series/parallel factorization, compact-group cuts and every-zooming harmonic construction organize the book opening |
| Quantum action ↔︎ Yang–Mills gap analogy | Refined into scoped exact ingredients plus structural comparisons | three-continuum-limits and refinement-correspondences separate model valley implications, dimensional transmutation and reconstruction; common frame with distinct case-study parts |
| Historical source work / Book I scholion | Central motivation and premise guardrail; source hunts conditional on changing a claim | planck-gap-paper, principia-constant-force-action, ancient-cuts-provenance and edition audits. Place with Newton’s argument rather than a free-standing antiquarian survey |
| Publication P05/P07 teaching and classical-spin drafts | Retained historical/publication branch | same-collisions-different-transport and classical-spins-operational-closure contain useful independent material; distinct manuscript category, not an active foundations theorem |
The five gates remain a good logical checklist. They are a poor chapter sequence if repeated as inventories: current chapters should instead develop the mechanisms and show which gates each actually discharges. The early programme explains why the corpus contains apparatus, detector, collision, spin and source clusters that are no longer immediate prerequisites.
Preserve its distinctions between clocks, physical operators, preparation resources, universality and quantum identification. Keep its task tables, publication ordering and per-step bookkeeping as research history. Later central concepts absent or undeveloped there are the exact insertion spine, the series/parallel split, centre-sensitive cut fractions, normalized bad-set clusters, weak-strip dressing, generated-action depth control, complete-record nonlinear countertests and phase-memory stability. These determine the preferred book structure and current dependency map.
