C051 gives a stationary two-stream preparation with periodic tagged motion and zero long-window response at A12’s mass, speed, density and mean collision frequency. The comparison changes joint position–velocity correlations, including mark independence. The proof uses uniform Palm residual time and exact cancellation over a full period.
